FOR ON-CAMPUS SESSIONS:

• Students must wear decent attire (shirts, collared t-shirts, trousers, jeans, closed-toe sandals, or shoes; DO NOT wear crop tops, off-the-shoulder tops, or fashionably ripped pants).
• Students need to be ready to log into the website https://hoatdong.ufm.edu.vn, and open the Student Information page to show their QR code with a personal photo for the attendance check.
• Students must arrive on time (7:00 AM for the morning session, 1:00 PM for the afternoon session); take notes seriously to complete the final assessment (in the form of multiple-choice questions; separate instructions and announcements will be provided).
• For the document submission session, students must proactively arrange their documents in the exact order requested by the university: https://ufm.link/HoSoCanNop *** For the TATP program, the university will collect documents at the Nguyen Kiem campus; the specific time will be announced later!

FOR ONLINE SESSIONS:

• Students must log in using their university-provided account (View account details and instructions here: https://ufm.link/Office365 )
• Students must be present on time and interact with the lecturer.
• Study seriously; do not leave the device idle or participate in other activities while studying.
• The university will automatically record attendance based on the class history (time of joining, leaving, interactions, and chat).
• Cases where the correct university-provided account is not used will be considered as unexcused absences.
