When requesting students to leave the dormitory urgently, it disturbed their lives, some faced difficulties. Many students were also worried about damage or loss of items in their rooms. This forced us in the implementation process to be extremely careful, meticulous, build a scientific implementation process, and at the same time, organize strict, serious supervision, ensure safety, and minimize loss or misplacement of students' property."

At the same time, the Tradethe Youth Union, Youth Union has issued a noticemobilizeTrade Union member together with Youth Union members, Youths, and Students participating in packing the belongings of boarding students to transfer to the storage place with the goal of being fast, accurate, and ensuring the property for students.

Although implementation workhastily,encountered many difficulties but with the guidanceclose guidance from the Party Committee, the Board of Rectors; the rapid involvement of functional departments, the School Trade Union, the Youth Union,the packaging work hascompletedin 2 days(1-2/7/2021), the last boxes of items were put into the safe storage room. Ready to hand over the facility to the City as a quarantine area, serving the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control.

Herethis was the first time UFM's dormitory was requisitioned as a quarantine area, so the implementation work encountered many difficulties, however, with the involvement of the entire political system of the University, the joint hands and contributions of cadres, lecturers, staff, and students, the Dormitory at the Thu Duc City campus was handed over to Ho Chi Minh City according to plan.
