ANNOUNCEMENT On the submission of documents for policy benefits for Semester 3, 2026 for full-time undergraduate students (admission cohorts 2023 - 2026)

I. TARGET GROUPS AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

1. Tuition Exemption and Reduction:
   • 100% Exemption: Relatives of revolutionaries, students with disabilities, boarding school students, ethnic minorities from poor/near-poor households, ethnic minorities in extremely difficult socio-economic areas, and children of current UFM faculty/staff.
   • 70% Reduction: Ethnic minority students in specifically difficult socio-economic regions, coastal areas, and islands.
   • 50% Reduction: Children of parents receiving regular allowances for occupational accidents or diseases.
2. Social Allowances (100,000 - 140,000 VND/month): For ethnic minorities in high mountainous areas, orphans without support, disabled students with financial difficulties, and students from poor households.
3. Study Cost Support (60% of base salary): For ethnic minority students from poor/near-poor households.
4. Study Support (100% of base salary): For students from 16 very small ethnic minority groups (under 10,000 people).
5. Tuition Support (Max 50% of standard tuition): For Kinh students from poor/near-poor households, orphans, students with parents suffering from severe illnesses, students with siblings currently studying at UFM, and students in specially difficult circumstances.

II. REGULATIONS ON ENJOYING POLICY BENEFITS

1. Students must download the forms from the Student Affairs Office website: https://phongcongtacsinhvien.ufm.edu.vn
2. Provide an active bank account (Vietcombank, BIDV, or SHB) linked to the student card.
   • Note for 2026 cohort: Do not fill in the bank account number. The university will create linked bank cards for you after enrollment.
3. Submit complete documents on time and for the correct target group.
4. Benefits are not applicable during periods of disciplinary suspension, forced dropout, academic reservation, or repeating classes.
5. Students enrolled in multiple programs simultaneously will only receive benefits for one program.
6. If a student is eligible for multiple similar support policies, they will enjoy the highest benefit level.
7. Students eligible for policy benefits MUST PAY the Semester 3/2026 tuition fee on time. After the policy benefit decision is approved, the University will transfer the refund to the student's personal bank account.
8. Support levels are calculated based on the standard program tuition fee.
