On the morning of December 14, 2025, at the Gia Dinh Park Outdoor Stage, the Trade Union of the University of Finance - Marketing (UFM) participated in the 2025 Duc Nhuan Ward Social Fund walking campaign organized by the local authority. The program took place starting at 5:45 AM, attracting the participation of many agencies, units, and local residents, together spreading the message: "Duc Nhuan - Compassion, Connection, and Joining Hands for the Community."

In response to the local launch plan, the UFM Trade Union proactively disseminated information widely throughout the University and mobilized union members, employees, and students to participate. According to the plan, UFM mobilized a participating force of about 200 people (including faculty, staff, and students), demonstrating the spirit of social responsibility and the University's companionship with local community activities.

Dr. Cao Tan Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of the University, presented a symbolic board donating 100 million VND to Duc Nhuan Ward.

A total of nearly 4 billion VND was donated through this meaningful activity of Duc Nhuan Ward.

Not only a charity activity with practical significance, the walk also contributed to raising awareness of physical training and encouraging an active, healthy lifestyle. With a walking route around Gia Dinh Park, the program created conditions for UFM union members to increase physical activity, improve health, and regenerate energy, thereby enhancing work efficiency and the quality of life for the University's employees.

Besides health values, participating in the program clearly demonstrated the humanitarian and compassionate spirit of UFM, joining hands to contribute to the social welfare activities of Duc Nhuan Ward through the local Social Fund. In particular, the active presence of UFM teachers, staff, and students contributed to spreading the image of a University closely connected with the community, while inspiring students to follow suit: living responsibly, knowing how to share, and participating in activities for the common good.

Through this activity, the UFM Trade Union continues to affirm its role in accompanying the University in caring for the material and spiritual lives of its employees, while promoting meaningful movements and contributing to building a compassionate, dynamic, and socially responsible UFM culture.
